Anything goes as long as it's not bashing.
Pros:
1) When I order juice, I love to have control over pg/vg ratio and the nic strength. An added bonus is when any extra cost is listed during the pulldown menu, so I'm not surprised at a price change.
2) Seeing when something is sold out before I waste time clicking on it and then getting notified that it's out of stock.
3) Pictures with a variety of images with regards to personal vaping devices. I like to see how it looks in someone's hand.
4) Good descriptions and all the necessary stats.
5) Menus and pulldown menus. I like all the options available upfront. This is especially applicable to juices, brand name specific items and cartomizers. Another good one I saw was for the various thread options for devices.
6) A well designed colour scheme for the entire site. I like a polished site that looks professional.
7) Mention of updated links, sites and stuff. I like the personal nature to it and the impression that there is constant activity going on from the vendor.
Cons:
1) Not knowing the ratio of a juice or having the option to change it.
2) Clicking through too many options just to find out that it's out of stock.
3) One tiny little picture.
4) Little to no stats or it's in a very obscure part of the page that is hard to find or hard to read.
5) Having to sort through several pages to find one or two items. I dislike having to sort through all of the ego/joyetech only options (that don't apply to me since I don't have them) just to find that one item that I do need. Also, having to click through more options to continue looking through a site is a peeve for me.
6) Several bright, contrasting colours (hurts my eyes) throughout a site that remind me of pop ups and spam ads. Remember the days before we could block pop ups? Ugh.
7) A barebones site that makes a desert with a single tumbleweed look more entertaining. It also looks vacant and has left me wondering how customer service would be if I had placed an order.
