Hi all

just came home.I read for the problems that you have.I'm very sorry for this but It looks that the second serie that i made has this issue.I just need some days to make the new v2 clears in a new ice look and then to organize the replacements. No worries.I will do my best.

Now I see what the problem is with my threading problem. I looked at the threads on the top of the clear tube under a magnifying glass and they are all scratched up and it's not from trying to screw the top cap on because I never forced it. I put some Noalox on the threads but that didn't help. The top cap still will only screw half way down.
If your problem is in plastic threads, I might have a solution. At least it worked to me.

1. Put some warm (under 60 celsius) water in kettle
2. Add some soap in water, as a lubricant
3. Screw-unscrew tight parts under soapwater several times with some force

Be aware about missthreading! After some time plastic threads get better shape and then parts will fit always together smoothly and nice.
