I have been told too use the Penelope with the clear tanks because it will teach me how to use them properly.

I am curious what I should be looking for exactly?

I know there was something about bubbles
, but I can no longer find what that was.

Thanks!

For what I have read (theoretical knowledge because I have not Penelope's clear tanks yet)

Some of the first versions Penelope's clear tanks had not enough clearance between the clear tank inner wall and Penelope mouthpiece base / juice control, so it could happen to have an air bubble between (mainly with thick juices) and liquid could not feed the wick properly.

New clear tanks for Penelope does not have this problem.

Yeah the only thing to learn is the optimum wick saturation for the best vapor and then just manipulate the liquid control to obtain that saturation. I vape thin liquid so I can't just open the control and leave it or my wick will become over saturated, so I use it more like a convenient dripper in that I'll open the control for a second or two to get the perfect saturation, take a couple hits, then repeat as needed.
Thicker liquid will require a different approach, as will chain vaping. But there is no right way...it's what works for you.

I vape 50/50 juice. And with the clear windows its easier to see when an airbubble is below the juice controller and not wanting to float to the top by its self, so i close the juice controller wait for the bubble to escape and then open again. This way i can get a nice visual of whats going on and keep a gap unbubbeled at all times. Sometimes i just find it better to kind of vape with the controller closed and then open it for a sec, close it, see bubbles floating up and then vape again. Windows helps me learn this routine. When i bought these devices i though it was just to have a gap all the time as long as it was the "perfect size" everything would just vape perfect until empty tank, but thats not the way it goes. For me the juice controller works more like a handy drip feeder. But ofc this changes on the type of juice wick and coil etc
