I'm using a hybrid method and the Penelope gets so hot in use it radiates through the tubes of the ggts.

It was a video. Just went looking on Imeo's Youtube channel and couldn't find it, but it was basically a 3mm SS mesh wick (just enough to sit in the channel and NOT touch the sides) wrapped around fiber wick, then oxidized (including the fiber wick).
When you wrap around a silica or cotton or some other material, do you have to chance that inner material often?
The beauty of the mesh is that the flavor lasts and so does the mesh. I wonder how the inner material effects the taste and the time in between changing the setup.

This one is much better video Ariel. The video you posted was ok but it was my first attemt with mesh. Here we have much better results

Hope this helps you guys, keep in mind since i made mesh 101 video I didn't include how I torched my mesh since I already made a video on that. I do cover the size and pg juice quench tech and rolling and assembling mesh on Penelope Ceramic assembly with a tutorial on what to watch out for when using juice control.
