You'll get enough wick for a dozen or so coils, but you'll only get one coil, so , yes, stock up. A coil might or might not last a week, depending. I'm interested to see how these premade wires work out.

I thought it shipped with a length of both resistant and nonresistant wire. If not what is the best to use for each and where can I get it?

I bought some last night from Amazon.com but I didn't do a whole lot of research so hopefully it's the right stuff lol.
Personally I think it's better to get the R and NR as individual wire and not premade so you can make the resistance that is best for you. It's also much cheaper.
