I am new here but have been on UKV for a while. I have a Penelope and I would like to learn how to capitalise on her charms.
Current set up; 2x3 or 2x3.5mm wick. .20 Kanthal, 3-4 wraps running at around 2 ohms, voltage set around 3.8. (also tried 2.8ohm at 4.2 volts) Generally the coils read well on a Provari although they can vary a little over the cycle of the coil. I am careful to fill with J control closed and make sure I have good connections. I have some .25 Kanthal on the way to try for around 1.7/8 ohms but having 5-6 coils for better wick contact.
In general I would be grateful for any tips and tricks. Specifically I would like to know how to set it up for a slightly richer more moist vape - at present it is at times a little on the dry side (not burned) vaping El Toro VP and Guavera.
I am in and out with the dentist and car repairs so if it's OK I will pick this up when I can.
