I just got an idea and am testing it with my Janty Kissbox. I removed the fiber from the cart, then cut a third of it off. I then filled the completely empty cart with juice - took a LOT of drops!! I then "capped" the cart with the 1/3 length fiber. So far, it seems to be doing a better job of keeping the contact part soaking wet - because 2/3rds of the cart is raw liquid!

Also...I can't post anywhere else on the forum, can a moderator fix this? thanks

I tried something like this when I first began using my own filler for the carts. The problem I found was....the filler kept getting kinda pushed up in the cart so nothing there seemed to make a good connection with the atomizer and the "upper juice" really wasn't leaching down. But that was just a quick experiment that I plan to revisit now that I have a new type of filler.

Good tip if it works over the long term.

if there were something to hold the wool plug in place, keep it from being pushed up, I think this would work even better. 60 drops of e-juice to fill a classic cart - that's several days of smoking right there!

Sounds interesting--I will give it a try, but I think it will flood my atomizer so I will use one of the wimpy ones I have laying around to see how it goes--Thanks--Sun

Iuse a length of plastic straw as a spacer
to keep the -plug- in place, works good.....

Well I gave it a try and sure enough it flooded the atomizer. It was worth a try and I will give it another go using a few different methods--good idea--Thanks kismetcapitan--I will let you know what I come up with--if anything
