People Always Want What I Have...or How My Favorite B&M Started Carrying REOs

I don't do it on purpose but I generally have mods that people I encounter in my area have never seen. Nothing special: ProVaris, Vanilla mech, Clouper CNA30, the Big Nasty...and more recently my Reo Grands.

I hang out at a B&M near me and have become friends with the owner. He generally asks me what I recommend for new stock, etc. Recently I started coming in with my Reos and stated that I've all but stopped using anything else. After he asked I gave the shopowner Robert's contact info but stated that I didn't know if he sold through retail. Today he calls me and says he's now a Reo retailer!

Nice...except to my wallet I fear...

My local B&M is still in the denial phase ("Oh, I know those... they're so ooooooooold"). Their customers, OTOH, have no end of interest when I pop in sporting a Grand.

I've thought about going to my not so local B&M and telling the owner to order 5 of them and if they don't sell I'll buy them for price paid.
