People hate the multi logos so plz don't send them unless requested

Well, once again I am going to have a seriously disappointed coworker. Ordered them a Ultimate shorty kit intentionally as there was no multilogo shorty shown on Web site. Stated that it was for a male in the comments and asked if they did not have the correct colors to call before shipping.

When it arrived I find all batteries are multi logo and the passthru is multilogo pink. This on top of the order taking 5 days to arrive.

All of the batteries will need to be replaced and this is going to make a very bad impression on would be new customer who already witnessed the last order issue (and vocally mocked recipient of last order for the girly decorated cigarette). At this point I am considering using another supplier for battery needs. No one that I have met has liked the multilogos. I started a thread and asked around here and most of you also stated you did not like the multilogos.

So, Note to order packers, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED, DO NOT SHIP MULTI LOGOS batteries IN KITS. If that is all you have in stock then call or email the person before shipping. People do not like them. Also, if an order is specifically stated as being for a male, DO NOT send a pink pass thru even if the address is near San Francisco. Straight males out here are overly sensitive about color choices as it WILL lead to harrasment.

Then to top it all off, 2 of the juices are incorrect and one of them tastes nothing like the carto that inspired the order. (Raspberry from August)

I am so angry I could just spit. V4L will have my carto business until the flavors I like run dry but I am beyond upset about the recurring battery problems.

I guess I should state that I don't really hang out with many female smokers in RL, so my feedback in all male aside from my own opinions... and I am not a decorated or pink loving kind of girl.

Maaron: Keeping quiet about the last issue didn't fix the problem so hence the posting here. I gave Mark over an hour to call me back before posting this as well.

I have a few multi-logo and a few single-logo (and one chrome non logo) that I got from V4L. I like the single logo best, but it's not a dealbreaker. I also like the blue led over the green.

After the first order I always state my preference in the comments section and they've given what I've asked every time (except for one green led instead of a blue but I think that depends on what is in stock at the time of the order).

Maybe it would help if each battery web page had a drop down for color, type of logo and type of led. I think there is just a dropdown for color right now. Just a suggestion.

Um. Speak for yourself. I think the single logo batteries are ugly.

Did you ASK for single logo in order comments?
when I got my initial kit I didn't know that you could. Since then all my batteries have been single. Nice thing about this company they seem to listen to customers. Sure they will keep offering single and double logo's batteries

Funny I never thought about the led color my Xl here is blue. I have no idea what the rest are

Yeah I kinda agree with poster--not to the point of being that mad, but I think V4L is at a point where they need to break down and add SKU #s to avoid confusion. Right now I'm trying to get a battery replaced for not being correct (YES, I asked specifically for it, in comments), since that is the only way to get the product you want currently. I hope they take care of me; jeez I spent 600 bucks with them in the last 3 months, you would think so. YES I emailed them, YES I got a quick response, but 2 days later now and no email back on resolve. We'll see what happens....
