Anyone know what is perfect mixing % vg,pg and flavour without nicotine?

Depends on what you prefer , as far as taste and vapor production . I use 70 % VG , and 30% PG , because I like lots of vapor , and by doing it myself , I can add as much flavor as needed to taste right to me . But if you want a thinner juice with more possible throat hit , and yes you can get a TH sensation , even without nicotine . You can add a few drops of menthol flavor . It kind of mimics a TH . Also a higher voltage , with a stonger pull , will also give a bit of TH . I know a lot of people say that's not true , and that a higher nic content is the only way , but I get as much TH as want , and I don't use any nicotine anymore .

Generally, pg will have a bit more throat hit and flavor, at the expense of vapor. I would try a 70pg/30vg and see how that works. I've heard menthol can also add some more of a throat hit as well.

If you are getting a burnt flavor with high VG, it may just be your setup struggling to wick the thicker VG. What equipment are you using?
