I anticipated this and at 6 weeks of pretty much chain
vaping, and I swap out throughout the day two or up to five flavors depending on what mood I'm in...I keep a big bottle or glass of ice water with me (I did anyhow) and haven't experienced it yet, I might have but it was fleeting, I worked in restaurant kitchens (and I love to cook) to work my way through business and nursing school, and towards the end of shifts that were busy I couldn't tell a Bechamel from Velouteas, or Basil from Parsley by the end of a day, sometimes, and as a wine lover same deal at a long tasting/pairing event, and as an RN I know how taste buds work and their relationship to the brain (neuroscience is my gig) so basically you've fatigued your taste buds they've been overstimulated.
Have you ever eaten so many lemon drops or something like that your tongue hurt? You damaged the tongue papillae and it's no big worry it'll correct after a few days as they replenish themselves frequently (if it's longer see a doc) solution for that one, a fellow nurse went NO flavor until she could taste the lemon in her sweet tea, at lunch.
ok the fix, as the other posters said, water, and I'll add switching up flavors, if you're into tart, have another flavor that's sweet, your tastes will change over time (just like a kid can't eat "hot" food and then love it as an adult) your palate matures.
things other than chain
vaping that can affect your "taste" medications, hormonal changes, time, if you're tired but as the Vet's said, this too shall pass more than likely..
I came close, last night I tried five different lines of
ejuice's wares, water in hand and a "cleansing break" I made it through it *lol*
good luck!!
