Shimmy, not to assume or intrude, but is the horseradish for gefilta fish?

Gelfita is NASTY....my mom is Jewish, I do not practice...I march to my own drummer

It's actually for Ham on Sunday...good stuff, but I gave myself a wicked headache yesterday with the fumes. Also made salsa with Habaneros too...one mix I used 3 in it...I call it the A$$blaster ....LOL

BTW, I make my sauce with beets, vinegar and a pinch of sugar, so it's a purple horsey sauce...still a big kick, but more mellowed
