PG <$20 at TSC

So, a week or two ago I called the local TSC (Tractor Supply Company) to see if they had PG in stock; they didn't, but ordered it for me.

It lists around $21 on their website (it's listed as Dionne's Keratosis Treatment, Propylene Glycol USP 100%). When I picked it up, it was actually $19.49 + tax.

Now...WTF am I gonna do with a GALLON of this stuff! 8-o

Next question is it USD?? I noticed that it was for animal use only (Feed Grade), but did not say USD on the web site so I by passed that. Anyone have any ideas on this?
