I have 36% nic juice.. does that mean I have 64% PG and 36% nicotine? So I want 60/40 juice. On my caculator I enter 40% VG, so is it assumed that the nic juice I ordered is 64% P/G? So how do I enter my flavoring % and come up with 100% when the PG/VG already adds up to 100%? know what I mean anyone out there?

No, it doesn't mean you have 64pg/36vg. It could be and probably is 100% PG or 100% VG depending on what you ordered.

Your base is 36 mg. correct? What do you want your resulting liquid to be as far as nicotine content? Is your nicotine base all PG, all VG or a ratio? What type (brand) of flavoring do you have?
