hi guys. I have such bad stamina and shortness of breath since I started vaping. I have seen a Dr and he gave me a very short, brief examination and said that I was fine. But I am not. I have changed my diy 70/30 vg pg to 75pg/25vg. It has only been just over a day.yesterday I felt much better, but today my chest doesn't feel so great. I never had any kind of coating or thickness on my throat that everybody talks about, just can't have a brisk stroll without breaking into a sweat and I wondered how long before the pg/vg switch has a positive effect? Thanks

First:
PG is much thinner than VG and is less likely to give anyone a heavy chest feel.

Now, What are you using for setup and how high are you running the setup?
How much are you vaping a day and are you chain vaping often?
Are you taking time to Exercise, walk or do any cardio?

Everything factors into good health.
Breath deep..............without the mod, on occasion. :)

*** @stevegmu in to ask - Are you Vaping Custards - in 5, 4, 3, 2...

ETA: and don't worry to much. People tend to blame vaping for many health issues. Most not likely.

I'm using 10 percent Capella and I've made some unflavoured just to see. I'll start on that tomorrow. I used to be sedentary and smoke 30-40 fags a day, I felt fine. Now I vape a fair amount minimum 10 ml.i go to the gym, have a go at treadmill 4 times a week, can only jog for like 5-10 min. Even sweat loads just walking on a warm day. I use different setups. Dovpo mini and troll or mutation x and sig 30. I drip at like 25-30 watts. I've downgraded to Mtl hits with an I stick and lemo at 15 watts to c if that helps.thanks
