Just go down to a local pharmacy (got mine from London Drugs) ask the pharmacist and they will sell you some , I got 500ml for $7 but you will want vg or glycerin to mix your own liquid, pg isn't thick enough by itself . it's not like you need a gallon of PG that would be enough for a lifetime supply 500ml is more than enough for a year or two of mixing . Plus the slowest crappiest most over priced postal service Canada post will charge a arm and a leg to deliver a online order .

Same as TommyGunBC. I got 500ML of PG USP grade from the pharmacy at shoppers drugmart. About $7 or $8.
