... and just to add: no studies anywhere have ever come to the conclusion that nicotine is a carcinogen! There is no evidence whatsoever to back up that statement (despite it being stated several times in the last few days in numerous posts on this board!)

The closest any studies have come to suggesting any link between nicotine and cancer was a study published earlier this year which stated that if someone already had pre-cancerous cells, nicotine may act as a catalyst and make those cells grow faster (and this study itself stated that further study needed to be done to confirm whether or not this was the case).

So just to clarify: according to all medical knowledge curently available, nicotine is NOT a carcinogen.

pg is considered safe in small levels when ingested

so is vg

pg will break down into lactic acid once built up in the body - so drink water or it can make you sore

vg breaks down into sucrose i believe, which is naturally absorbed and digested

the only thing i know to worry about is that vg will begin to decompose to acrolein which is poisonous when heated to 280 degrees celcius - but i dont think that change is occurring within the atomizer at a level that makes it dangerous... no one knows

VG tends to deliver greater amounts of vapor than pg

Actually, intellicig had the ECOpure (A VG-based liquid) vapour tested for acrolein, and none was found... so yes, we do know (at least in terms of standard voltage vaping.... can't vouch for HV devices though - not that I am suggesting that it does happen in HV vaping, just stating that I do not know.)
