So I got to thinking.

You know how come e-liquid companies say the whole no tar no smell but only some say no known carcinogens.... First off does that mean that those have carcinogens in them..?

But my second question was even if there were carcinogens in some of the e-liquid, wouldn't just getting a zero nicotine blend get rid of any carcinogens?

My reason is, straight pg and vg shouldn't have carcinogens the only place one could get these carcinogens of from the nicotine as in they are leech out of the solvent when they take nicotine from (wherever they get it) and put it in e-cigs?

What are your opinions

Btw does anybody know where they get the nicotine from like is it synthetic or is it from the plant

Haha thank you for your involvement I forgot about this post cause I put it up like 2 weeks and nobody has said a word lol I'm just so curious bc the way it seems if we just vaped plain old pg or vg than we shouldn't need to worry about any carcinogens since there is no way for them to get in.

I myself only smoked a year n I don't have a nicotine addiction but I sure have the habit.
my weakness is the car I have 36mg vg and I have 0mg pg I can use the zero for weeks n not have any withdrwals but if I can't vape when I'm driving I freak haha (compulsive habit) a

You're right Logbas -- plain PG and VG have no carcinogens. The TSNAs (tobacco specific nitrosamines = carcinogens) in nicotine come from the tobacco plant. Synthetic nicotine is way too expensive to use in e-liquid, so what we use is extracted from tobacco. By the way...these same TSNAs are also found in FDA approved NRTs!

haha well soon i think im gonna stop vaping nicotine e-liquid. its quite funny when I quit smoking and I went to vaping I was worried after a year of smoking I'd be addicted n so instead of slowly increasing nic dosage, I went straight to 36mg now I do 24 but I only vape when im driving or at work ( which I can do because they'd never know i was) so i think i'd be fine to just get zero nic.
thank you guys for giving your opinions

and anymore i'd greatly love to hear from :)
