PG/VG mix for Mini Vivi Nova 3mL tank - Question on vaping performance (BURNT TASTE)

Ok, since getting into vaping about 2 months ago, I have gone on an ordering/purchasing spree from 3 different vendors.

Local Vapor Shark - Got 4mg of Redbull 30ML.. and their mixes are normally 60/40.. I only purchased this because I got my PV before my juices so I got some right away and vaped. Taste was ok, and vape was great.

ECBlends - Got about 10 5mL samples of various liquids (most popular flavors) in 50/50 6mg.. I threw in the most popular of them all Dragons Blood after about 2-2.5 weeks of vaping.. allowed about 2-3 minutes for the wicks to absorb. After the time I went and hit it.. BURNT nasty taste.. I decided to put 1 drop inside the head and try again.. vaped well for a few and back to BURN.

Mount Vapor Baker - Got 3 liquids, plus 1 free.. Have not tried these yet but Blueberry is very good (Same stats as the ECBlend 6mg 50/50

My concern is that this liquid may be too thick for the whicks to abosrb fast enough for when I decide to take a few hits.. does anyone experience this issue? Should I look into the bottom feeding liquid.. I belive the Kanger?
Please let me know if I will yield better results by diluting maybe?

Same thing happened to me. So I ended up trimming back 2 mm on the silica wick cap. It appeared that it was being suffocated. Now hits like a champ.

Can you elaborate some on what the silica wick cap is? Again, im relatively new to the vaping world

the silica cap is that little rubber piece on top of where your wicks meet up. You should be fine as long as you do a tilt when you vape.
