Tank empty and full of condensation

I have a Tesla 200w with an Aspire Atlantis 2 tank, its all been going good for about a week. Today at work, I got in the car to go to lunch and it smelled funny, i went to vape and it crackled and tasted burnt, I looked at the tank and it was empty, with condensation all inside, and liquid all in the tip. It was like 20% full when I last used it, I left it in my car at 9:30 am and got in and saw it like this at 1:00 pm. It was like 45/50 degrees when I got here,54 now. Anyone have any idea what happened?

to me, it sounds like it was resting on it's side and since it was already low the liquid slowly flooded into the chamber while you were working.
