Pg vg pre mix help

I have a bottle of pg vg 30/70 no nicotine could I just add flavoring to that and smoke it. I also have a bottle of 50/50 with 12 mg nicotine do I do the same with that? I'm new to making it myself any help would be greatly appreciated.
