So if my throats a bit sore after my first vaping night last night - should I stay away from PG?

I got 2 little VGs from LF and those dont hurt my throat at all and just feel better, much more satisfying vape.

Should i give PG some more time or settle on the fact that my body prefers the VG?

I would suggest drinking more water. Both PG and VG are dehydrating and one of the first signs is a dry or sore throat.

I wouldn't give up on PG this soon. Most of us got the slightly sore/dry throat thing the first week or so. Give it a couple weeks then decide. I just hit four months and am making the switch to VG for other reasons, but I miss my PG throat hit!

Yea don't worry. The "PG allergy" is FAR less common than is played out. I remember my first week of vaping. I didn't know about this site yet, and didn't know I needed to drink more fluids. My throat all but slammed shut. My throat was sore and I talked like Mickey Mouse that whole week.(And I'm a 27 year old guy). Once I upped the fluids though I was back to normal in 3 days.

My throat was sore for the first couple days. Sounds like it happens to most people. It passed for me relatively quickly.

Nicotine is a skin irritant

PG - thin, lets through the most flavor, most nicotine TH, most nicotine irritation
VG - thin, dulls/smooths everything PG lets through, makes thicker looking vapor

Most people use blends to get good flow, flavor and TH minus the irritation

When I started, 18mg nic in 100% PG was irritating. PG with 20-30% VG was not
