The first part I pm'ed him about previously, and learned that it, if mixed properly firstly, doesn't easily fall out of solution, except if frozen solid, or reaching 60C+.
The next part, is about the molecular movement is hindered more in thicker liquids, slowing down oxidation more in not watered down vg-nic...
The last part of that, about the pg-nic possibly holding up better in room-temp, wasn't explained, in the quote I got it from...
