I like listing the higher number first but then always specify. I think it's a psychological thing because I vape vg-dominant liquids and the vg number is the "important" one, so I list it first. It just feels natural to me, personally.

Like, Okay. Commodore Pearry. 18pg/82vg on the bottle. They could just put 82vg and not mention pg, but if they were to do it vice-versa and just put 18pg it wouldn't feel right, because I am not focused on the pg content. Somehow this pertains to my desire to see vg come first.

Its a pretty vague term.

Basically it means no added PG is used.

BUT alot has changed. When vaping started PG based food flavorings were all that was available. And many times nicotine was PG based only.

So if you used 20% flavoring and 10mg nic you would have 30%ish PG. But it would be max VG.

Now flavorings are easier to get that are VG based. And VG based nic is easy to get. So with a little effort using modern vape supplies max VG could be in the high 90's.

I understand that it means no added PG.
That can mean various % depending on the % of flavoring used and whether flavorings and nicotine used are PG or VG based.
Retail "Max VG" is about 70-90VG more or less IMO.
I'm sure there are mixers that use VG nic and VG based flavors to get a true Max VG.

I'm PG intolerant to an extent. I can handle about 10% overall per day (2-3ml PG total).
I use 3% PG nic when I use Nude Nic flavors (VG/alc based) and 5% saline so that mix is 3PG total
I use 3% VG nic when I use FW or MBV flavors (PG based) at 10% with 7% saline so 10PG total.
I could use VG nic with NN flavors but I believe that some PG is better than none for antibacterial properties.

I have about 5 setups going at any given time.
Some are 3PG, some 10PG and I drip "Max VG" retail in my dedicated IPV3Li/Velocity rig.
I average less than 10PG/day so I get some of that ol' PG health benefit but not enough to react to

Most of mine just say x% VG, if they say anything at all. (None of the stuff I get at the local shop has a % listed, just mg and flavor).
