P comes before V in the alphabet. What's the issue?

I always thought it was VG first and then PG? Sure I've seen the opposite with a few instances, but I honestly thought this was the norm? Having only really vaped since last October, what do I know right? LOL

Is it really an issue though? VG has always been the main component has it not for the most part? This is news to this newbie that they used to mark PG first.

no it used to be that a lot of juices their was more pg, as it wicks better.
and 3 years ago when i started vaping, pg/vg was the norm.. and still is with all the various juice vendors i have dealt with.

I started out at 80/20 then 70/30 and moved on to 50/50... lately i've been vaping a lot of 30/70 with my rebuildables.

I thought this was standard. so it would get confusing with trying to help some one. big difference if you're 30/70 was vg first.

Really? So PG was a bigger thing 2 or 3 years ago and they used to list that first? Wow! Thanks for the heads up, now I know!

Still though, I've had no problems with up to 90% VG in my sub and toptanks. I think I prefer more VG actually now. I got a bottle of my first 60 VG 40%PG juice and the throat hit was too much for me. Then again, maybe it was just the brand flavor.. California Vape Company - Tropical Breeze 60%VG.

Which is exactly reverse from standards industry wide.

your mix is 30/70 by standards :D

Belgian Waffle Wizard - eLiquid Flavor

Standards? We don't have no stinking standards!

Seriously though, this started happening well over a year ago, possibly two. Some vendors list it pg/vg, some list it vg/pg, and some don't clarify either way and it gets really confusing.

Technically, unless it's just PG and VG it shouldn't be listed as 70/30 at all, since there IS other stuff in there too...

Over the years, there have been several unsolved problems such as Riemann hypothesis or the Poincaré conjecture but this is the first time vaping has posed such an elite quandary. VG/PG or PG/VG will be one of the greatest challenges some of the greatest minds will ever tackle. Unless of course you read the damn bottle.

yaeliq vg/pg
five pawns "Our liquid blends are comprised of 50% VG / 50% PG"
one hit wonder 80/20 VG/PG Ratio
ahlusion VG/PG

So can we call it vendor's choice?

Not my thread, don't care. I was just showing some of the .001% :D

All my Eliquids are DIY and 50/50.................Guess

At least the vendors all seem to list whichever way it is for them now. I remember going to place an order and the dropdown list just had the ratios with no indication.

I don't think we need an arbitrary rule, just make it clear. If someone posts 70/30 and doesn't indicate which, maybe just ask?

Also noticed while browsing, a lot of vendors still have no listing and you get what you get. Pick Nic strength and Bottle size. Even with some house blenders.

Things are getting out of hand! used to know.......Dekang 80%PG / 20% who knows what.......but No, everyone has to be difficult
Joking!!!!!:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

I never have an issue with anyone saying - I vape 60vg, 70vg, Max VG - *VG* tells me what I need to know to assist.

Ah yes, the "proprietary" blend... I've noticed a few who don't list the blend, but also have either a "max vg" option or a "dripper" line.
