PG vs VG ?

Im new to vapeing and am a bit confused. What is the differences between PG and VG when in comes to vapeing?
I know they are different liquids but thats as far as i get.

Basically pg gives more throat hit and more flavor. Vg gives more vapor. There are exceptions to this. I've had some 100%vg that sure tasted full of flavor to me. Pg is also thinner. I believe pg is actually alcohol based whereas vg is vegetable based. Some ppl have sensitivities to pg as well.

I did look in the e-liquid part of the forum but by page 10 found nothing. But thanks for the link. I understand a little bit more now
