PG is more harmful. It can be toxic if you consume 1 liter of it in less than 30 minutes. That is if ingested. there is not much studies done on effects when inhaled. I try to stick to high VG juice as much as I can just for precaution.

You're suppose to vape it not drink it.

As for more harmful, I would be interested to see your research or links to research that show this.

As has already been mentioned, PG is used in medical inhalers and actually is probably the most understood ingredient that we inhale in our e-liquids.

Just because the word vegetable is in VG doesn't mean it's necessarily better for us :D

How much distilled water do I need to use to thin max vg juice

It is roughly 1 drop per ml in the nautilus. But I would start with 1 drop in a tank and see how that wicks. Do it by the tank. That way if you get it wrong you are just tossing a tank and not a whole bottle.

In my nautilus mini I would put 3 drops for one max vg juice i used.

When I first started vaping 3 years ago it was with a Halo set up. Their juices are heavy on pg. I was getting a strange feeling in my throat and through forums found that many people are sensitive to pg. I now mostly use 80 vg 20 pg. Just enough pg to carry the flavor. I can go as high as 50% pg without it bothering me much. Right now I am vaping Mt Baker vapor wintergreen 20% pg 80% vg with 2 extra shots of flavor and it has plenty of flavor.
