Well, I just arrived in Manila and got checked into my hotel...

THANK GOD I CARRIED MY SILVER BULLET AND SOME juice WITH ME! I waited and waited and waited to claim my bag in Manila...and it never came. Turns out Delta sent it to Amsterdam instead of Manila! So, I have the clothes I was wearing, my laptop, my SB, some juice, and that's about it! I will be in tears if my BRAND NEW GLV2 isn't in my bag when it gets here!

I got my GLV2 Friday morning just before I walked out the door. I had just enough time to slap some Noalox on and toss it in my checked bag. I didn't even get a chance to put in batteries and try it!

Just found this thread... SO sorry to hear about your bag. eiee.. the airlines ALWAYS loose my luggage It's become a family joke!

Hope it gets there soon. At least you have SOME juice. Just ration it. Luggage retrivial *can* take 24 hrs.

Yes! Yes it is!

My bag arrived yesterday afternoon. Philippines customs went through it, but all my juice and my GLV were there!

Other than that, haven't really gotten out yet. Will try to get some pics tonight and tomorrow after work!

I am so glad it was there! I'm worried and my mod is just about 3 miles from me at the post office. Can't imagine how worried you've been! Have fun and take lots of pics!

I know my updates on this trip have been pretty scarce...a lot of what I've done since I've been here has been exactly the same. We're going out after work today to a Subic Bay, so I'm excited to have some fun and snap some photos for you all!
