Jeez I shouldn't even be posting this and admitting what I did, but I really have to say thank you. I broke a phiniac tank and it wasn't mine. After having done this and ordering a replacement because that is the proper thing to do when you break something that isn't yours I found out it is near impossible to break one. Yes I am ashamed! Anyways I contacted phiniac to make sure I replaced the right item and the customer service was exceptional. Lightening fast replies. Everything you could possibly want in a company. I just wanted to thank them personally and give a yelp out for the outstanding service! Thank You!
P.S. Now I want a phiniac because the product was just as excellent as their customer service.
