Ok so I finally received my phiniac after a horrible painful wait it is here. I pulled it from its pouch and the she was elegant and masterfully created. I punched a LR Boge primed and filled. using a Slap Yo Mama tool i inserted it in. slid in beautifully with no issues. filling was easy as pie with the SYM tool. no needle required. Put my Super T T-tip on. OH MY GOD that thing looks amazing. Definitely glad that i ordered the stainless caps for it. Just beautiful. Coming from a ST tank it is just amazing how it looks.

As far as working with Phiniac to get the custom design on it was very painless. I worked with Jennifer strickly through email. at first i wanted a Lavender colored tank but was informed that the stainless steel caps would not work on it so i opted back to a clear tank. Sandblasting was my first choice and they worked with me to get the design that i wanted. after a few tweaks we came to a final design. I can stress enough how painless this whole process was. I will definitely be working with them again.

here are some pic for you viewing enjoyment.

Something about glass tanks scare me.. I dont care how many drop tests they do. Even if the tank doesnt break the little art work pieces on it can break off. My mods drop all the time with tanks on them. They look nice, for the price they should come with metal caps standard (if they dont already).

Edit: Now looking at your pictures, that tank looks nice but boy does that mod look like it can tip over. Id really want to put that tank on a mod with a center connection.

That tank would look great on a chrome bolt or silver bullet.

I can understand your anxiety concerning the potential for glass tanks breaking. I decided to try glass because I have anxiety concerning the polycarbonate plastic used in the cheaper tanks. Some juices crack or melt them, and are known to leach chemicals into the juice. To my mind, it is an inferior and unsafe product that e-cig manufacturers should discontinue using. There are far safer alternatives available.

Since I now have several glass tanks, I can assure anyone that these tanks are robust enough to withstand most drops and all juices. They will certainly withstand toppling over on a table while on a mod. Mine have done it dozens of times without a scratch or crack. I've actually taken a fingernail to the color sandblasting of my Bella-Phiniac-hybrid tank, and it ain't coming off of there easily. And my little tree frog would have to really get smashed to break.

I happen to prefer the look of delrin endcaps over metal endcaps. Just a personal preference, they both do the job intended.

Looks very nice smk! I can't quite make out the design though. What is it?

It just says @smkd13 which is my online handle (i guess you could call it that)

Very nice smkd, looks good. I agree with Joe, whack that bad boy on a chrome or dark chrome Bolt for the complete look.

I love the look so stainless steel and i just like the sturdy effect i guess. but actually the glass is pretty protected as the SS caps stick out a bit (around 1mm) from the glass and pyrex is a very strong glass. The heat handling is amazing and i have seen pipes made solely of it dropped from around 5 feet onto concrete and not break. it is a very dense glass.

lol and trust me i would love to put this tank on something with a center connection but i am saving for a provari but i will be getting an omega as well in SS of course. (which is gonna be an issue cause my girl like shiny things and will probably jack it from me lol). just money and shipping time lol
