Phoenix 3ml tank leaking?

I have had these since they were introduced, one has been refilled about 6 times, and suddenly started leaking bad/dumping. Refilled it last night and about 50% leaked out overnight.

I would appreciate any advice on how to fix this guys. Anyone?

you can take it apart and put it together to see if that helps but it could be the hole in the inner plug getting wider with every refill losing pressure so we will have inner plugs just in case. I havent had this happen yet so i cant give a pinpoint to your cause

Thanks Chris. Did you get the replacement inner plugs for the Phoenix XL? If so could you drop a couple in my order? I have one of those that is dumping impossibly and I think I messed it up with a larger guage needle.
