Just got my Phoenix clone in the mail today, super stoked about it so far. However, the drip tip it comes with is pretty bad. It's a two-part mold of some sort, with a pretty noticeable seam down the middle vertically. This makes it somewhat uncomfortable in the mouth, plus just feels really cheap to use (Not much of a surprise). Reading the description, it seems a lot of drip tips does not fit this properly, so I'm wondering if anyone has this clone and knows what tips would fit it nicely without any issues? The only tips I currently have are screw-ons for a few clearomizers, so I have nothing to test with myself.

most all of my drip tips had issues with my Phoenix clone. If you could find a slightly smaller o-ring then you should be able to use more drip tips. I ended up sanding down the drip tip hole slightly with a bit of rolled up sandpaper and now all of my favorite tips fit.

In my GF's Phoenix clone, a CherryVape Ming fit nicely with no modification. it's a lil snug but better that loose as her mod hangs from her mouth from time to time...:)

Not necessarily. The main issue is the drip tip hole in the Phoenix and Phoenix clone atomizers are just a bit too small for most drip tips. I couldn't get any of my favorite drip tips to fit in the Phoenix but they fit perfect on my other 4 atomizers. Now that I've sanded it down a lil bit I can use them all. Using a smaller o-ring can sometimes help but there are inconsistencies in o-rings and I find it's just easier to sand that part down a lil bit and call it a day :)

But how many do you have, and which ones? While it's assuring to hear that, it still doesn't help much in deciding which one to get.

I do not know how much of an issue it really is, but at least the places that has info on the clone has brought up this being a problem, hence my curiosity. I do not have any other pieces that would make use of a drip tip, so I don't really want to waste money buying a random ones just to have them all not fit.

I had another tip i wanted to use with my phoenix but it was too big to fit so i took out the o-ring and took some sandpaper to the bottom of the tip below the o-ring slot, spinning the tip in the paper to sand it evenly all the way around. Couple minutes later it slid right in. Replaced the o-ring and seals it perfectly. It still works with other 510 atties cause the o-ring makes the seal.

I have an original Phoenix and my SuperT drip tip were just barely too big to fit
The o-ring on these are also thicker (2mm) than those used on many other drip tips (1.5mm)
The solution is to roll some fine sandpaper and lightly sand the DT hole in the Phoenix, especially the top edge
It really doesn't take much sanding at all
Then you will not have the problem of trying to figure out which drip tips will fit
Many drip tips are more expensive than a Phoenix atomizer
So you don't want to be buying them and hoping that they will fit

I had some trouble getting my drip tips to fit a Phoenix clone, the problem is that when they put the chrome plating on the brass, it makes the hole too small. As stated above, sanding the hole out will fix the problem, now all my tips fit, including a S/S ming that fits tight in everything. I have a Rainbow V3 (Wyvern) on the way, I don't know if it has the same issues, but I will post here if it does.
My suggestion is to get any 510 tip(s) you like, just be prepared to ream out the hole on the atty a bit.
