Yessssss!!! If it wasn't nearly 3am here I'd positively bounce with delight. But since it is, I'll do a happy wriggle jig in bed and leave the rest to my trusty avatar....

Any chance you've got spare mouthpieces in yet, too? Just took a quick look, but couldn't spot 'em.

(I managed to loose 3 down the sink when I forgot they were in my rinse container..... and another to the cat - she chased it and ate it. They bounce lots when dropped). Yeah I know - kinda tragic.

Well I got a box of the new ones last week and it didn't fix the problem I am having. The first time I fill them they are fine and I can use them on any battery but when I refill it I get an E 1 error on my Provari. I can use it on a twist or KGO battery but on anything else it shorts out the battery. I'm not sure what's wrong, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Bought 2 boxes a few days ago... so far each one has horrid burnt taste.

Yes there is a problem with the reborns. They don't wick very well. I have no idea why they changed them. The originals were the best carto out there in my opinion. Try the stallions, I have been using them now, since I gave up on the reborns. Only downside on the stallions, they really can't be cleaned.

Mike, have you tried the plunger cleaning system available from another vendor? Works pretty well IMHO on the Stallions, and all carto's for that matter. You don't need the whole kit if you have a larger capacity luer lock syringe. All you need is the screw on adapter. If you need more info PM me.

Hi there Badkolo.

Why would you mess with the Phoenix's? What, too cheap and too reusable to be profitable?

You nailed the carto. You perfected it and streamlined it. YOU, Badkolo, you did this. Why in the WORLD would you muck it up now?

Same thing happened to the Safires. First edition=PERFECT. Second edition=USELESS.

So a few whiners moaned that they leaked from the base after they dismantled it... how many times? And you caved to the vocal, high maintenance minority instead of sticking with what you KNEW was perfect. For shame. And it is a shame, because Phoenix (and the old safire) might actually have given Phillip Morris a run for their money. The conspiracy theorist in me tingles at the possibilities there...

Now? Forget it. I can't give a battery and a box of Phoenix's to your average analog smoker and say, here, have fun. Not with some awful burned taste, forget it. Who in their right mind is going to kick cigs for a burned taste that sets your throat on fire? No one, that's who.

Why also would you continue to advertise that they have a 1.5ml capacity when at most the old version held 1.2ml and the new version holds even less? That's flirting with being disingenuous, sir. Sound familiar? ;) You fill these cartos with that volume of liquid and it will dump all over your hand. So therefore, the Phoenix never did nor never will hold that much liquid.

Rant over. Peace/out Badkolo. Have fun my good friend.

You are confused... these are not made by GotVapes, they are sold by them... GV didn't make the changes, the manufacturer did and they did it in an attempt to address issues that had been reported to them.

Thanks for the suggestion Wally. But the stallions are really inexpensive, at $2 each. I have been getting a good week out of each one. So for me its not worth my time to clean them. I just trash it and get a new one. I have really been getting a good vape now from them in a raven tank with 4 holes punched in it. Great flavor, 2nd to the eternity in the drip mode.

Oh I'm not confused at all. Credit where credit is due. Case in point--where else might one find a Phoenix for sale? Badkolo gets what he wants.

Let's see those "manufacturers" address complaints about Horrid Burning Taste and Don't Wick At All.

I'll Keep Watchin'.......(c)

GV owns ONLY the name Phoenix for these items....and they ARE sold elsewhere under different names. Rd IS CORRECT in his response that the changes are made at the factory....NOT by GV.

Sorry you are having issues with yours, I can't say as I've had those issues.

I was going to chime in here, but I see no need to, now...AKA "CE2's"

Chime away, hon :D

I have problems keeping the numbers straight  But I know that other vendors have even given their own name to the same item....and their own packaging as well....others keep the model as the name.....so thank you for clarifying the numbers (which always make my head spin )
