Just opened a new box of phoenix top coils. I have never tried these before. The first draw was really good. I am getting a burnt taste on all my other draws. I am tipping the cartomizer, but it has long wicks. Anyone had this problem?

There's a youtube vid about fluffing wicks and getting it to feed well for CE2's. IDK phoenix (is that a CE2 also?).
Anyway, they pried up the little rubber stopper that was squishing the wicks. Helped it feed when tipping too. Think vid was by Badkolo (sp?)
Anyway... try prying with bent paperclip.
