Little guidance needed.
Just purchased the vivi nova & phoenix. Both work on the vmax & ego twist, however, they do not work on my Silver Bullet. I suspect the connection on both the vivi & phoenix were the issue, and tried a 510-ego adaptor, still no luck, just doesn't fire. The Silver Bullet works with the stardust and the 510-ego adaptor, and any other traditional atty/carto.

Any suggestions? Any other adaptor?

Sounds like a connection issue, centre pin on SB may have been pushed down from over-tightening feeds (not sure how common an issue this is with the SB), or the pin on feed has been pushed in. Both scenarios cause loss of contact with battery.

You could try:
Unscewing the feeds slightly (1/4 turnish) to see if that helps. Someone recently told me that may help on occasion (though it was to fix the Phoenix not firing on my Provari). Alternatively you could try jimmying the pin on SB out just a smidgin. I don't have experience with the SB so hopefully someone who knows the device can chime in, or you can ask in the subforum

I decided not to touch my SB center pin. Instead, I came across a real old 510-510 long extender adapter (used to connect an ego to the old 510 battery charger), it had a flat connector similar to the phoenix, the SB actually fired with the phoenix. So, the issue is not the SB, but the phoenix. Did what the video suggested, and jimmyed the center pin on the phoenix, and it now connects and fires on the SB.

Excellent advice, thanks;)

NP, my phoenix XXL has to be screwed down mighty tight, to the point that I don't want to risk messing up the pin on my Provari, to fire. I can't budge the pin on it at all, short of taking it apart and pushing hard, which only lasts as long as I push. Buying a connector alone is too costly once shipping is included so the Phoenix sits unused. Thankfully my did clone is working perfectly. I'll probably break down and buy a 510-510 on Tuesday, the 10$ shipping on a 3$ part is an unreasonable expense that I'm having trouble getting over.

Actually broke my Vivi Nova. I dropped my Provari and when I picked it up the Vivi Nova was all askew I was terrified that I had wrecked the 510 connector on the Provari (less than a month old). Kept on using it and only realized that it was the VN that was broken not the Provari when switching over from the VN to a Carto / tank I never had to adjust the position of the cartomizer. I can't see where its broken and it isn't leaking. Have to make a trip up to the Market next weekend.

Where did you get your Phoenix XXL? Been looking for one for a while now...

I too have this issue with my Phoenix but surprisingly, the Phoenix Clone does not suffer from this issue? Go figure!

Eastside Vapes had 2 at the last meet. Unfortunately they only service lower mainland and don't ship (pickup or delivery only). I must correct myself it was just the XL, not the XXL.

Only issue is: first one wouldn't make any contact w/provari and I had to return it. That centre connection is almost indented and can't be adjusted, at least any attempt I've made to get it out just a hair more has been to no avail. If I was certain the centre pin was as solid as the rest of the device I'd be using it now.

psssst your center post pin on the VN is bend try talking the tank apart and with the bottom portion in hand see how far out of align it is and if you can gently put it back in line
