Phoenix vs Eternity vs Smoktech mini RDA ?

Hi,
I'm looking for a small sized rda for the VV v3 (so don't mind eGo threading),
Is any of them worth getting?
Which one is better and why?
I see a lot of different "Phoenix" RDAs out there, which one is most recommended?

Any other suggestions would be also great.

Budget: ~$35
Requirement: ~0.5" diameter
