Phone calls?? Emails?? Does anyone actually work at bloog??

I resisted doing this but I'm frustrated. Been trying to contact bloog for 4 days and no luck. They had an amazing sale, but nobody to answer the phone or take orders all weekend? So now I suppose it's my fault for missing the promotion?? I was told they will ship to Canada by Mike (bald eagle), but there's no way to accomplish this from the bloog website, and nobody answers the phone during business hours lol..

I have an order to place for some family members, well over $400.. You'd think someone would give a ...., wouldn't you? People from bloog have comented on the threads I've been hounding, but nobody seems interested in helping us out, as every inquiry has been overlooked somehow.

I love bloog, me and my gf love the PV's and carto's, but I wish someone would at least pretend they care about people like me :(

Thanks man, that's what I've been doing. I even arranged to go in to work late today so I could look after all of this on the phone, but now I've been twiddling my thumbs for over an hour and nobody in sales or customer service has answered yet. I even tried calling mike, who's number is listed in the sticky section, and no success.

I want to make this clear. I understand the growing pains, and I get that is was a holiday for you all down there. I'm not interested in making bloog look bad because i love the product, but I'm a little upset that on such a huge sale, they don't have anyone avaiable to make sure customer questions and concerns are addressed reasonably quick. I honestly think you guys should consider extending the sale, because I can't imagine I'm the only one who's had some trouble this weekend, and I'll be ...... if this all gets dismissed as my fault for "missing the sale"

I have to go to work now....

You cannot expect someone to be in the office on one of the biggest holidays in the United States. I am sure if your order is really $400 worth that they will give you the discount. Best of luck

I understand the significance, no worries at all, I'm not ...... off or anything, just having a holiday at the same time as a sale makes it hard for nothern folks like myself to get a hold of anyone and order stuff!

Sure Bloog corporate will help but JMO

I think also (m not positive just trying to help) That Bloog has a canadian distrbutor Happyvaper.com. As a distributor I would believe they cant give these deals. If they have a distributor i would think its cost prohibitive or unlawful for them to ship into canada

I didn't PM you or anything but I have some Volts. They are cheaper and I think they must be regulated the same way because they vape is the same, but I don't think they last as long as comparably sized Bloogs and I do miss that textured feel the Bloogs have. :) The volts have a very cheezy finish that chips off and is easily scratched. The Bloog finish is very durable and feels sooo good.

We knew they would come through. I am glad you are happy. Wait till you get them. You will be doing a happy dance :)

I would also point out that they do not have the cartomizer improvements I have made to help with higher voltages or higher VG content. Or my delicious flavors. Or our manual batts. Or our soon to be coming liquids. And NOONE else will have our fantastic new PCC, coming by mid summer, hopefully. ;)
