Not sure if this is really in ECF's lane, but, I am having a difficulty uploading photos due to size. I rebuilt my computer and I probably deleted my free photo manipulation program. All my photos are in 1-3mb size range and that is not acceptable.

Have you run across a simple photo file adjuster or is their a certain file format that I should work to convert to?

Yeah MS Paint will do it with just a few clicks. Select image/Stretch-Skew and select what percentage you want to reduce the image to.

You can also use a website to resize and host your images like postimage.org

GIMP (gimp.org) is another free powerful image manipulation tool...kinda like a poor man's Photoshop, if you will.

Irfanview is the best I've come across for resizing and manipulating images for the web. It's got a highly configurable batch process function that once you get your defaults set up as you like them producing web versions is just a couple of clicks away. It'll configure a hundred pics in a minute or less. And it's free and a relatively small download......

As long as image is under 5 MB, it should upload just fine.
