Hey ya'll. Greetings from COLD southern Louisiana. I smoked for 33 years, and in the last year or so, I got up to 2 packs a day, and oftentimes more. I got my first PV, an Elite starter kit from Revolver 2 weeks ago today. It took me a while, but I finally laid the analogs down for good last Thursday night.
Although it's only been 4 days, I'm noticing some physical changes that I wasn't expecting, the biggest of which has been the reduction of my life-long acid reflux problem. I never even dreamed that smoking could be making my acid reflux disease worse. It just occurred to me that I've not had to take more than 2 Tums today. It just blew me away when I realized it. What other physical effects did you guys experience when you ditched your analogs?
