Picked Up A Patriot RDA

Well I decided to bit the bullet and get a authentic rda. I went and bought a Patriot and the matching drip tip from a local b&m. From looking on line the price was very comparable.

I am drilled it out already to 5/64 and put a dual 28 micro coil with 5 wraps around a 5/64 drill bit came out to around 0.49 ohms. Running it on my magneto with sony VTC4 battery.

It runs great and in vape heaven.

Anyone else running one and enjoying it? I am looking for my next build and looking for ideas.

Great atomizer. I run the same batteries as you but my resistance is just a tad higher. I prefer .8/.9

I have an original V1.2, keeping the air holes stock for now. It's coiled at 1.0 ohm. I like it!

I got a 1.2 recently and I really like it. I am using dual 30 coils at 0.7. It sounds like a dog whistle with the stock air holes, but I don't mind that. I used an Igo W before I got it and I definitely feel that it's a step up.

Anyone have a Patriot clone before having the original, or have both now? Obviously the build quality will be better, but so much its a waste of money, or is it useable? I've been lookin at Patriots lately, the authentic models are too bad,70 is ALOT better than 100+.

I just got me a patriot 1.2 and the glass drip tip from innovape to match and I am loving it. it is my second dripping rebuildable. My first one is a Nimbus clone and I had borred the air holes out to about the same as what is stock on the patriot and think it is perfect. from one of them to the other I must say you can defiantly see the quality in the real patriot as apposed to the clone nimbus. For instance the screws and the post have tighter tolerances so they don't back out like on the nimbus clone I have.
