getting the epower kit by smoketech from sweet-vapes.com, getting atomizer kit with 2.5ohm bridgeless, iv picked out 3 small sized flavors to try and the tobacco sample pack, went with 40pg/60vg mix on juices, now I was trying to add couple drip tips to order but not sure which one on their website page fits the epower Im getting Accessories also I was told to get 5 boge 2.0ohm cartos, 5 boge 3ohm cartos, and 2 bridgeless 2.5ohm attys when looking at those items on the website I kinda get lost and not sure I am choosing the right ones for my kit any help here would be great and any recommended flavors from this site would be great I want to keep my first order from same site then Ill venture out after I get going

I think I just went through this last night? Wasn't that you?

Anyway, I went to that page and saw the options for you. If you get the atomizer version, you'll get 2 atomizers. Pick the bridgeless ones. I think they only have one choice in 2.5ohm. they call them "debridged". Stnlsss or black, doesn't matter.

Then, go to the cartomizer page and down near the bottom you'll see boxes of 5 Boge cartomizers, one in 2ohm and one in 3ohm.

The reason I say to get the atomizer version is because it's cheaper to get the 2 attys than it is to have to buy 2 attys and one box of cartos the way you'd have to do if you got the carto version.

Any drip tip that fits a 510 will work fine on both the attys and the cartos.

The epower at CCV is the older style with a white LED. I have heard that some people have had problems in cold weather with the older switches. But I'm in Florida so what do i know?

The main thing is that the CCV one is a 14650 battery, which is much smaller than the 18650 at sweetvapes. Other than that, the difference is in the cartos and the CCV costs more, although they throw in some free juice.

Still think the sweetvapes one is the better deal unless you really need a smaller unit or one of those finishes. I didn't check, but does sweetvapes have the 14650 version of the smoketech?

You're comparing apples and oranges here with the two different battery sizes. The 14650 are half the capacity of the 18650s.

Also, the CCV one doesn't have the 5 click safety feature. If you carry it in your pocket, it could accidentally fire if anything puts pressure on the switch. That may or may not matter to you, but since it's smaller you might end up tucking it in your pants or coat. OUCH! Oh, I see it does have a "button protector". Not sure what that is or how it works.

BTW, I know you want to keep your order from one site but GoodProphets.com has a sale on juice for $0.99 for 10ml bottles with no limit. Cheap way to check out a lot of flavors. Shipping is by USPS so it's only about $3 for the 10 bottles I ordered. I can't make my own juice for $0.10/ml. Might want to check that out. It's a killer deal even if half of the flavors suck.

i don't know enough about electronics to tell you what they mean by 4.2 unregulated... . i guess they mean you are getting straight power from the batt which tops out at 4.2 (normal full charge of a 3.7 batt).
Some eGo batts are regulated (adjusted to get consistent voltage all the way thru batt cycle) 3.3 , 3.4 volts... i like that because you get a more consistent vape.
It would help to know exactly what the voltage is, because imo 2.5 Ohm atty is going to a little on the cool side, with less vapor. I may be wrong because 2.5 Ohm is average for SR (standard resistance) and it may just all work out... but most like a little warmer vape and go for LR atomizers on a batt like the ego... stay away from 1.5 Ohm though, it could fry the batt; go with 1.7 to 2.0 Ohm.
Cartomizers are different: LR is around 2.0 Ohm and SR is 3.0 Ohms...
You can ask them or get a inline meter to check the voltage when you get it; that way you can at least tailor the atomizer/carto's to the voltage.

Oh, Sweet-vapes was my go-to juice vendor for Snickerdoodle, until they ran out of an ingredient for it.... it wasn't on the site last time i looked.

It's my understanding that the Smoketech is unregulated. The ego-epower is regulated.
He should be getting an unregulated regardless of whether he goes to CCV or Sweetvapes.

Regulated is nice on a smaller battery, like the 900 or 1100 of an eGo.
When you get into an 18650, it stays at 4.2 to 3.8 so long you don't really notice the drop much at all.
On my Lavatube, I get at least 8 hours before it hits 3.8, which is where I recharge. I wouldn't get away with 8 hours on a smaller ego battery with out feeling a big drop if it wasn't regulated.

yes im the same one iv got my cart filling up on sweetvapes lol I thank you for all the great help Iv gotten everything you have recommended plus my juice picks I was wondering if the epower on sweetvapes has replaceable switch not seeing it mentioned in desciption and now Im gonna make quick hunt for coupons

Yes. The switch is replaceable. That's the main advantage of the Smoketech, IMO. The e-Go epower has the switch built into the tube.

thanks for that... yeah i have a lot of 18650 batts mostly for VV but i was interested in the 18650 ego too... just for long batt cycle time.
my only question for OP is should they rely on 2.5 Ohm atomizers all the way?
I would go with at least a 2.0 LR for a "3.7" mod like this.

Well, you're right. The initial idea was sort of a minimum kit for now and the attys were mainly just to test juice. At first, it was going to be the carto kit and one separate atty. But the atty kit is more cost effective and happens to come with 2 attys. So... If he's actually getting 4 attys, then he should definitely get some 2ohm. Or, better yet, get one 2ohm and a box of 1.7 resurrector cartos. But I think the extra 2 attys were a mistake.

off topic; i got some of those resurrectors (1.7) in a deal for a Reo but don't usually use carto's .. are they worth trying?
how about in a tank too?
