Couldn't disagree even if I tried hard. Loving the looks of the Vaper. For some odd reason I really like the quirky bit about top cap being part of the circuit, too.

If I'm not entirely mistaken, vapist.net has the blasted satin in stock.

Also noteworthy is the Vaper V4's Airflow design. Most just have a hole or two on the top cap. And that arrangement sux b'coz just by regular usage condensation starts to seep out of those air holes. The common "weeping genny" syndrome!

But the Vaper V4 has its airflow coming from two upright poles, which are mounted on the deck. Imagine the curved 'L' shaped pipes sticking out of the deck of a ship! Exactly! That's the two "air vent poles" placed on the Vaper V4's deck too. And facing the wick-n-coil from both sides! Very focused airflow - and doesn't leak. I have been keeping it flat down and no - nada!

Very few gennys have this type of arrangement, orion v2 is one such.

The Svarog use the same principle. Too bad it has such a tight draw. It's non-adjustable and would be very hard to drill out. Being made of titanium won't make it any easier

No, I ordered the bead-blasted one.....can't wait to receive it!! Right after I paid for mine at Vapist it said "Out Of Stock", so I can only assume I got the last one....

Ugh...the bead-blasted wasn't present when i went to order mine. Had to settle with polished. Just got it yesterday. I think i might have to take it to the local finishers to get it bead blasted. Right now i`m running cotton because i can`t seem to find where i put all my mesh....so far...verry yummy

I was actually using Rayon.. I think i had it fluffed too much up top ....they were touching and juicing up the posts...juice would then travel back down to the deck and find its way through the air holes. I'm running mesh in it now with no leaks. Rayon does taste better...but that may be because i need more experience with mesh wicks. Either way, i'm going to enjoy exploring this quirky little guy

Thanks, I will give mesh a go as well. I've recently hesitantly gone back to mesh just to recall how clean the flavour was. As good as it is, it still worries me a bit using mesh after the chromium thread on here.

Yep! Very excited!!

I too ordered some Efest 950 mAh 14650's...that's what I'll probably use in the Vaper...Although I do have 5-6 14500's that I use with my Piccolo....I'll play with the 2 sizes and see which one I like more...

How often do you find that you have to adjust the positive tab (that makes contact with the battery)? I noticed that I had to bend mine out about 1-2mm to make good contact with my 14650's....do you have to adjust it much going from 14650 down to 14500?

Yes, it'd need adjustments if you change the battery type or size. It functions similar to the tele-pins (at 510) on other mods.

OMG I am seriously in love! I just put a build in my new Vaper v4. I did a 7 wrap microcoil with 28ga kanthal with SS Mesh wick. Filled it up with some 12mg Deadly Sin....I'm amazed at how well it vapes!! It seriously vapes as well if not better than a lot of much bigger 22mm devices that I have!

If anyone is on the fence as to whether you want to get a Vaper v4, do not hesitate to pull the trigger...it vapes phenomenally!

^Wow, nice neat build you got there JP!

I also hasten to add that I found this is the only genny which doesn't need 'tilting'! I have no issues vaping it in a vertical or our usual semi-slanted position. It wicks well even when I'm nearly chain-vaping. The Vaper V4 thus puts all my other 14xxx devices to rest now.
