It looks like it is a Permission Issue.

That that currently logged on user doesn't have the Permission to access the file on the ECF.

lis -- the netdna-cdn[dot]com is the content delivery network for ecf. i assume it's new for ecf (just showed up as an active script for me yesterday) in an attempt to optimize/speed-up the site. according to whois it's icann registration is to godaddy.

probably more tweeking to come if ecf retains it.

Pics that I load from my own hosts server are loading fine. Just thought I'd throw a hunk in here to livin things up. It does seem that attachments are the problem.

This pic was loaded from my PC if that helps, not from some off site storage.

Looks like a new thingy we installed was switched on by mistake, the default was 'on'. It has a very obscure on/off setting that is camouflaged - but it won't work until several other things have been sorted out...

Hunted through the settings and killed it. Pics should be back to normal.

I'll send this to our techies but can't promise any action till Monday. Do you know where the images are located - ECF upload or image hosting? Not even a link is showing. I guess that means they are on ECF and there is a fault of some kind. The guys just did some work, such as updating some of the code (the GD image library) so it looks as if something else also needs fixing too.
