Hello, guys. I just read a thread of how to rebuild the kayfun Lite.
So I decided to translate it in English and post here. Hope you guys like it.

1. Get Ready (Tissue & cotton & Tools)




2. Remove the burnt cotton out.


3. Remove the screw, take the resistance wire out


4. 0.25mm diameter wire, the screwdriver is the giveaway when bought the Kayfun Lite

5. 8 circuits around the screwdriver. Try to make them tight, but if you want to use the wick, then you must leave some space for the circuits


6. After the circuits, just put them in fire, and burnt them to red for 3 or 4 times.


7. Put the wire to the screw


8. tighten the screws, cut off the un-need wire.


9. Connect to the battery, checking whether the wire are evenly heated or not

Kayfun 3.1 has adjustable airflow. The lite does not

The latest lite does have adjustable airflow. It's adjusted via the small grub screw on the base of the KFL.

The Kayfun Lite and Kayfun Lite plus are "newer" "economy" versions of the 3.1 ES

The 3.1 ES has adjustable airflow and an adjustable 510 screw at the bottom. It is also a little taller than the light due to the "collector" tank at the bottom of the unit.

The new Kayfun Lite Plus has now has adjustable airflow, but the 510 pin at the bottom is NOT adjustable. The Kayfun Lite did not have adjustable airflow.

The lite and the lite plus also have a bottom fill screw for filling the tank. The 3.1ES has a side mounted fill valve but it requires a special syringe tip bottle to properly operate, and is a bit of a PITA to operate. Most people with the 3.1 simply top fill instead.

Good looks on the links to the manual. Owning a clone I've never actually read one until now. As far as building the kayfun I have been having the most luck and a great vape with a vertical chimney coil loosely surrounded by cotton.
