Ok, I have to break down and ask...I've tried some LR 510 carto's from provape, but did not have a good experience with them at all. Company was good, just not the carto. Anyone recommend where to get some that won't burn on the first hit when completely full of juice lol!?! I thought about Drew's, but wanted to explore other options before paying $7 for shipping ;)

I haven't had much luck with any of them. madvapes now carries a 2.5 resistance one I aint tried yet. That's the # I get out of the new ego cartos, and find it to be good.

Yep, and greenhouseone.com says they will warranty them for a year. Pretty unbelievable, but worth a try considering they are selling the eGomega cartos for $9, eGomega attys $9, and mega carts for $3.50 for five. I'll be ordering from them very shortly.

The EMs are consistently 1.5 that I got , and the only Joye I got is 1.2 and it's awesome. So are the EMs either SLB or bauway you think? I do have another LR marked here @ 1.7 but now don't know what it is.....that darn wife of mine! I gotta go back through them again now.

lol dunno...really...I've got 1.5Ω ones... and I really been holding off against the 1.7Ω, 1.8Ω ones....I'd watch that 1.2Ω one though...if you go through scottbee's posts...seems his research indicates that if the resistance drops below 1.4Ω they're likely to kill the cheap mosfets in the eGo type batteries..which is half the reason I don't use LR atties on the eGo

I'm sure it's hard on them, but after a couple weeks with Missy using it seems ok. Figure if it costs a batt occasionally still worth the vape it gives. I'll report any adverse effects if I find any. boB

yeah I figured....just saying that it's a pretty well documented thing on several threads...people killing 2 and 3 batteries in a row before realizing it's the LR atty doing it...so just thought I'd mention it in case ya hadn't seen it..

here's the quote from him:
ANY atty or cartomizer can kill the eGo/Tornado/Riva battery. The basic battery design doesn't have a robust short-circuit protection.. and if the resistance of the atty or cartomizer drops much below 1.4Ω, the driver circuit (MOSFET) for the battery can/will fry.

I've had this happen with Boge cartomizers, regular 510 atomizers, and of course.. the LR atties.

But I do acknowledge that it appears to be more probable with the LR atties.

my other point was that it's almost getting to be impossible to tell anymore because they all have a +/- .3Ω tolerance.... and now that vendors carry them advertised as 1.5, 1.7, 1.8, 2.0, 2.2, 3.2, 3.5, 4.5, and 5.2Ω as far as 510 atties go....it starts to get a little muddy.... depending on day of the week, the alignment of the stars, ambient humidity, and what offerings you've made to the atty gods last tuesday...

this one I have now is 2.0, i have a few more coming soon ill test those too

That just aint low enough for me. I'd just as well up the voltage. I'll stick with the ones on the lower end, if it starts wiping out batts, I'll go with a box, I trust scottbee, guy knows his stuff, but I can attest to an atty @1.2 cycling two ego batts over two weeks without any adverse effects as of yet. Now it may be the exception as opposed to the rule, but as previously stated I know the risks, and am quite certain batt life will be effected best case. Appreciate the feedback, and I'll try to find the thread to get us back on topic. Thanks guys. boB

madvapes has the hello 016 back in stock. I wanted to order it yesterday, but they weren't showing it in stock until early this morning. Doh! I had already order an eGo XL batt. *shrug* oh well.
