Perhaps try crystalclearvaping. The resurrector 1.7 ohm appear to be very popular, and for 3 ohm perhaps use boge. If you want to tank them, just make sure to buy the stainless steel version of each. I haven't used resurrectors, but pretty sure they are standard diameter.
Yes, you are right, v4l does have single coil. I forgot and was thinking it was all dual coil. Thanks for reminding me!! They are not 510 but I do have adapters.

I'm not sure what the flange part is for? I use a standard notcigs M1A1 carto tank. My fusion cartos have a wider bottom section, a flange as it were, that the tank can sit on top of, however I also use normal boge and kanger cartos with it just fine.
The flange is supposed to make the carto less likely to slip up and down in the tank. The flanged part remains outside the bottom grommet of the tank. I don't like flanged and prefer to punch my own unflanged cartos
You can use a small thin washer between the carto and 510 connector (or DT and carto). cheap in stainless (3-5c each) at the hardware stores.
Works better than the plange and if you get the right size, will fit in the flange hole!
