Ok, need a little help. A few days ago I spotted a tank carto that was interesting, and now, for the life of me, I can't find it again or remember what it was called. It's your typical tank, but the selling point is that it's got a little knob on the side that allows you to both fill it easily, and let air in to let the juice level out after you're down to, say, half a tank (letting the juice flow back into the carto more easily). Dunno if it's a decent tank or not, but the knob/dial bit on the side merits further investigation cuz it's a pretty spiffy idea.

So, by any chance does that ring any bells for anyone? Any notion of which tank that might be? (And heck, if so, does anyone like 'em?)

On a related note, feel free to suggest what you think the "best" cheap (as in J-tank/Map tank knockoffs) are. This'll be my intro to using them, so I'd prefer to benefit from everyone's experience and not buy any garbage. For what it's worth, despite some negative comments about them, I'm fairly sold on the steel/chrome versions. So sue me, they match the chrome PVs and look nicer. :)

Notcigs.com has the M1A1 tank that is like that. momandpopvaporshop does also.

I
've put my own screws in mine and it works pretty good but I still catch myself filling them by dropping the carto down. Either way works out great. If you go with the thumbscrew ones, you will need a syringe to fill it because a bottle dripper is a tad too big.

With 16340 you get options. There are the aw imr 550 mah, or the protected aw icr 750 mah, or if you are okay with unprotected, the powerizer icr 650 mah do run well, and I hear there is a protected trustfire icr 750 mah that is decent. What is best for a given use depends on how many amps you need and whether the pv has it's own protection.

What's the mod? An 18350 is danged close to the same length as a 16340, just a bit wider. If the width is the problem but you can go longer, you're probably looking for a 17670 or 14650.

Knowing what the mod is is pretty much necessary to figure it out, though...

LavaTube mini....
Master you may need to clear your cache or something...DV hasn't had those batts in stock for a looooong time. I shop there...a lot. ;)

Ah. Sonic knew what he was looking for, though. Meka asked about a 16650, and since there doesn't seem to be such an animal we're trying to figure out what she needs. She's using 16340's now, so I was trying to determine if she could actually go longer or wider. :)

I ask again, with quote

nope, I've been looking everywhere. maybe it was a misprint, the other battery I can use is a 16340 which is what's in the mod right now, I don't know if theres anyway to tell by that

What mod are you using? The 16340 will fit in a lot of mods...
