I've never seen such a messed up 510 before. And I have own mods with brass 510's. It looks like the tank that was on it broke at the 510 and now it's stuck inside the mod's 510. You will need a small pair of needle nose pliers to try to screw it out of the mod. A set of bent needle nose pliers would probably work better, but not necessary. If you can screw it out of there, it might be salvageable, maybe.
As another person mentioned, the 510 on the mod is also oriented improperly, which means there could also be a connection problem inside the mod as a result.
Next time, don't buy used vape gear until you know what you are buying so you know what to look out for.
