I used to stay on the reservation with my friends whenever I visited.. it's been a few years though since I've been there..

I understand Alcohol is a gigantic problem nation wide and has been for a long time. The Native American directed anticigarette posters I see posted around town I started noticing a few years ago. There may be a disassociation between the leadership and the constituency. The leadership makes the rules though.
