So Kee, do you have a 70+ lb. bed warmer too? Mine has slept between the wife and I since she was 8 weeks old (8 years) regularly with one paw on my shoulder and her nose next to my ear. There are only 2 problems with Labradors as I see it, they don't live long enough and when they pass a little of you passes with them.
Yep...I have 7 what I would call body warmers
And believe it or not....my little baby is a boxer golden retriever mix....I have mama and papa and 5 of their offspring......but I have found that both the boxer breed (especially the boxer breed) and all variations of retrievers to be cuddly lap dogs...or at least they wanna be
Kee, we have a boxer mix amd he is more then a lapdog, he can't go anywhere without daddy, we have him in a doggy daycare 3 days a week he gets tired sitting in daddy office, we had 1 before him that was with us 15 years name houch and he was are baby it like to kill me and hubby when we had to have him put to sleep, but rexx is just like him all over again. The dog won't even let me in the front seat of hubby truck,are even in bed this dog is is a good bot thou,

) He is the one with the squishiest face...the boxer squish He is worse than momma at the lap thing....he will lay directly on top of ya are laying down....oh so much weight!!! I can only take it for so long...but I love em!!!
I know what you mean there ours weight around 75 lbs but he is so sweet he kinda looks like a smaller marmaduke but he has a black face and boy oh boy when he want something he gives u a look like you better do it else. When we first got him he was 6 months old and boy did he do some damage about 10,000 buck to 3 of are vechile ate hubby seat belts up on his new truck and the other truck ate the clip up where you fasten the seat belts and to say other things but they can be replaced he can't but he is priceless to us,no matter what he does ( he is the boss hubby does what he wants and he knows it I will tell him something and he looks at me like who are you telling me what to do, then he looks at daddy and he gets is way like laying on me and my 7 lbs yorkie, he reminds of houch everyday, we love them both so much.
